Before the brands, there was Robin.

I believe the best way to understand someone isn’t by the companies they’ve built or the titles they’ve earned, but by what continues to drive them long after the recognition fades.

For me, that’s always been service.

I’ve spent more than two decades learning every side of the automotive industry—not because I was chasing titles, but because I wanted to understand how great businesses are built and how great leaders serve. From answering phones and turning wrenches to leading teams, managing operations, and eventually building companies of my own, every season taught me something that continues to shape who I am today.

I’ve always been someone who enjoys building. Sometimes that means launching a business. Other times it’s writing a book, mentoring an entrepreneur, teaching a new driver, speaking to an organization, or creating something that makes another person’s journey a little easier. The projects may change, but the purpose never does.

My faith is the foundation beneath everything I build. It shapes how I lead, how I make decisions, and reminds me that success is measured by much more than achievement. Integrity, consistency, humility, and serving others will always matter more to me than recognition.

Outside of work, I’m simply Robin—a wife, mother, grandmother, author, entrepreneur, lifelong learner, and woman of faith. I enjoy creating new ideas, studying Scripture, spending time with my family, and finding better ways to serve the people around me.
